Production Coordinater Office Assistant Mission

To effectively and proactively schedule crucial company activities, including all production, material deliveries and sales appointments. Be the primary point of contact communicating confidently, but professionally and effectively with customers, subcontractors and vendors. Accurately create all job packets and ensure all aspects of the project are scheduled and communicated to necessary parties with the utmost accuracy. Maintain a positive attitude and composure while working at a fast pace, meeting deadlines or during a difficult or conflicted customer relations. Perform various daily Office Administrative duties including the use of various platforms to complete and track both Office and Production tasks. Collaborate with the owner to improve company efficiency and quality.

Skill Set & Experience Needed

  • Customer Service 2-year minimum
  • Scheduling - 2-year minimum
  • Administrative Support - 2-year minimum
  • Microsoft Office Programs - Excel spreadsheet creation & development
  • Social Media Management Not Necessary but a plus
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Personable, friendly and courteous to the needs of others
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude & calm nature under high stress & conflicts
  • Organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Willingness & Interest to continually learn and grow both professionally & personally
  • Professional Development with a minimum of 2 experiences a year
  • PowerPoint experience a plus
  • Quickbooks experience a plus

Compensation: $14.00 to $16.00/hour based on experience and performance
